We organize and deliver social and youth projects under the European Union and Croatian government grants.

Power of Kindness

 

General objective of the project is to contribute to youth violence decline while simultaneously empowering young people to realize wished for quality of life, live their potential and participate in creating smart, sustainable and inclusive EU development. This will be achieved by means of increasing capacity of youth workers from 6 different European countries in the field of violence prevention, optimal behavior in potentially violent
situations and dealing with inflicted violence in a sense of broadening and deepening their methodology through knowledge, experience and good practice examples
exchange. 

Personal development in Zagreb

 

The purpose of the workshop is to increase the quality of life of the participants through strengthening of confidence and the application of modification procedures of unwanted behavior. The ultimate goal of the workshop is to encourage and enable the creation of quality of excellence and the efficient transfer of best practices within the private and working environment. The workshops will help trainees find it easier to deal with stressful situations by teaching them to recognize the problematic situation in the very beginning and apply appropriate solutions to it. By doing so, the workshops will greatly assist students and unemployed people in the preservation of mental health and will consequently increase the level of their employability.

Creative Entrepreneurship – international youth exchange

‘Creative Entrepreneurship’ is an international youth exchange that took place on October 21-30, 2016 in Rijeka on the coast of Adriatic Sea, bringing together 30 participants from 5 European countries: Croatia, Cyprus, Italy, Portugal and Romania. The aim of ‘Creative Entrepreneurship’ youth exchange was to encourage approach the problem of youth unemployment by launching start-ups and creating jobs for themselves through development of entrepreneurial competences.

EVS potential 2.0

We offer an opportunity for volunteers who are motivated to develop their competences in various fields, with a special attention placed on digital competences, networking in the non-profit community and youth work. We will be happy to welcome volunteers who are ready to actively participate in the project and willing to learn. We will support volunteers in creating their own learning goals and in the process of achieving them, as well as in creating their own personal projects.

Zelenica

Zelenica is a platform financed by the National Foundation for Civil Society Development.  The aims of the platform are: to promote and encourage citizens to produce food and sell the surplus on the market; popularize Eko Plac exchange markets; to increase the number of family farms producing eco food; to encourage free exchange of experience, skills, knowledge, products and services. The platforms involves many non-profits and family farms, with an NGO Vestigium as the organizer.

Our role in the platform is to create a website, obtain a Google AdWords grant, and make a marketing campaign. The goal is to increase online visibility of the platform and raise awareness of eco agriculture.

In Public, In Particular

In Public, In Particular (IPIP) aims to develop and promote participatory art methods and situation specific art among European audiences. The main tools to reach these aims are audience research, public workshops and international street happenings which are carried through by artists and art students in close cooperation with street actors and the public of four European streets. Partners in project are: Artesis Plantijn Hogeschool Antwerpen, National College of Art and Design Dublin, Faculty of Graphic Arts, University of Zagreb and Turku University of Applied Sciences Finland The IPIP project is co-funded by the Creative Europe programme of the European Union.

Grow creative – international youth exchange

‘Grow Creative’ is an international youth exchange that took place on October 6-17, 2015 in Rijeka on the coast of Adriatic Sea, bringing together 30 participants from 5 European countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Greece and Spain.

The goal of the project is to empower individuals to create success and fulfillment in life through meaningful job in balance with their values.
